La Venta Inn in the beautiful Palos Verdes Estates was the sight to Carrie and Scott’s wedding. For my money, it also looked like the fields of Elysium. With its proximity to the beach and its amazing fields of brush and grass, it was the perfect setting for this lovely couple to celebrate one of the most important day of their lives.
The day began with Carrie and her bridesmaids being beautified at the Terranea Resort. In a strikingly beautiful shot in front of the window, you can see the final results. The soft glow of the sun amplified the already gorgeous ladies, and their dresses. From their, the husband and wife met to share a few moments together before the reception, with the beach to their back.
The reception also featured a magnificent view of the beach, but then again, the entire wedding itself was impeccable. Every detail was cared for as if it were the only concern. However, this perfection did not create an artificial feeling, but rather a human one. The dynamic between the guests, the warm ambience, and the reciprocated love all contributed to this overwhelmingly human feeling. Inside, there was a lovely rustic feeling, with an active fireplace and decorative wood beams that held chandeliers. The cozy room served as a perfect setting where all could share in the event. It was a flawless day for the flawless couple.
