Wonderful day at Venice Canals in Venice, CA where we took this gorgeous engagement photography for this lovely couple who had romantic date with wine on a boat…
It was a wonderful and beautiful day at Venice Canals where Krysten and Kareem had their engagement photo session taken. Krysten and Kareem have known each other for many years. It will be about 20 years when they officially get married in September 2012. When they were growing up, they met each other through Krysten’s childhood best friends which are Kareem’s cousins. Krysten and Kareem remained acquaintances for a while and only saw each other at her best friend’s family’s parties. In 2007, They attended the same college, California State University, Northridge, and joined the same Professional Business Fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, where they became really good close friends. After they have been friends for a long time, they realized that they couldn’t live without each other. They were dating for one year and 9 months before he proposed. In May 2011, Krysten and Kareem went to Las Vegas to celebrate Kareem’s graduating college but then secretly brought some of her friends and family and proposed to her in the Chandelier Bar in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Kareem and Krysten both believe that, “God had a plan for them to grow up as individuals so they could perfectly fit together when they got older!”

Family is always wonderful to spend time with and this couldn’t have been any more accurate for the Rosal family. Joining them at their home for a family portrait session, Raymond, Melba, Ace, and Cyril all greeted me as if I too was a part of their family…
Family is always wonderful to spend time with and this couldn’t have been any more accurate for the Rosal family. Joining them at their home for a family portrait session, Raymond, Melba, Ace, and Cyril all greeted me as if I too was a part of their family. And I basically was for that day – at least that’s how it felt as I joined them and took pictures of their wonderful day together.
This family was great to work with. Having some pictures inside their house and some outside, we started with some group pictures before branching off into other pictures. They all looked wonderful as they posed in their family setting. Everyone was smiling and it was awesome to see them being close.
Playing basketball, card games, and enjoying each other’s company, everyone was having a great time. Laughter filled the house and it truly felt like a home when we were inside. Everyone was involved – including their cat – and they always found ways to make the portrait session an exciting event. It was wonderful to be a part of it for a day and even better to provide them with lasting memories through pictures.
Our family sessions only $350. Please contact us to get this amazing promo at 310-400-6727.
What a wonderful day at Griffith Park Observatory where we did an amazing engagement session there until sunset then we went to LACMA to finish the photo session there.
So.. what are you guys up to this summer? I am enjoying this season as I work with Sarah and Kris, a wonderful couple that is just so perfect for each other. The fire in each other’s eyes made the chaotic world settled down. The lightly warm breathe blew across our faces as we work the photoshoot. Sarah’s first outfit was a simple yet unique dress that outlined her body so beautifully. Kris on the other hand matched with Sarah in a neat shirt. No over complicated jewelries needed for Sarah, her own self made it natural and memorable. She did not wear high heels like most girls do; instead she put on a pair of cowboy boots that was comfortable and stylish. Without words needed, Sarah and Kris can understand each other perfectly. I am guessing this is what makes a relationship so awesome. As you guys sitting at home sweating under this heat, let’s go check out Sarah and Kris’s photos and let these photos come you guys down!
